助理教授、特聘研究员、博士生导师、小米青年学者
本科毕业于厦门大学（2011-2015），博士毕业于英国南安普顿大学（2015-2020）。南京大学苏州校区助理教授，长期从事无线通信物理层相关技术研究，近5年内已在高水平国际期刊发表论文40+篇，引用超1000次，并获国家出版基金资助出版专著2部；他联合创立Accelercomm公司。目前主持国家自然科学基金青年项目，省青年科学基金，博士后站中特别资助项目等，获得博士后国际交流计划引进项目、南大首批苗圃计划等资助。获中国通信学会2024年十大科技进展提名奖、中国电子学会科技进步奖二等奖、小米青年学者-科技创新奖等，参与制定中国通信标准化协会行业标准3项；目前担任IEEE WCL、IET Smart Cities编委，西安电子科技大学学报、Journal of Information and Intelligence青年编委。（每年均招收优秀硕士生、博士生，欢迎邮件与我联系： luping.xiang@nju.edu.cn）

Assistant Professor, Research Professor, PhD Supervisor at the Institute of Intelligent Networks and Communications (NINE), School of Intelligent Software and Engineering, Suzhou Campus of Nanjing University, and Xiaomi Young Scholar. He received his Bachelor's degree from Xiamen University (2011-2015) and his PhD from the University of Southampton, UK (2015-2020). Currently, he is an Assistant Professor at Nanjing University’s Suzhou campus, where he has been conducting research on wireless communication physical layer technologies for many years. Over the past five years, he has published more than 40 papers in high-impact international journals, with over 1,000 citations, and authored two monographs funded by the National Publishing Fund. He is also a co-founder of Accelercomm. He currently leads several research projects, including the Youth Program of the National Natural Science Foundation, the Provincial Youth Science Fund, and a special funding project for postdoctoral research stations, and has received funding from the Postdoctoral International Exchange Program. He has been nominated for the 2024 Top Ten Scientific and Technological Advances Award by the China Communications Society, awarded the Second Prize of the China Electronics Society's Scientific and Technological Progress Award, and received the Xiaomi Young Scholar - Technology Innovation Award. He has contributed to the development of two industry standards by the China Communications Standardization Association. He serves as an editorial board member for IEEE WCL and IET Smart Cities, as well as a youth editorial board member for the Journal of Xidian University and the Journal of Information and Intelligence.（We are looking for competitive master/Ph.D. students.）
